Shipping policy
You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
The shipping process shall commence only after receipt of payment by us.
All shipping costs are to the account of the User and are to be paid before goods are dispatched. Shipping of the products shall be subject to receipt of Payment. Part shipments shall hold extra charges.
TITLE & INSURANCE
We provide free Insurance to the customer to make their buying experience pleasant with us. Care to note that the insurance on your purchase covers you only up to the point of delivery and not thereafter.
The shipping policy of the Service Provider defines and regulates the title of the goods and the risk of loss. The title in goods and risk passes on to the Purchaser immediately upon delivery of the product to the carrier. The Company is also not responsible for any damage to the goods during transit. In such an event, the procedure as per the insurance policy will apply and may include a survey thereafter. The Company endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products within the stipulated time period.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES
All taxes, duties and levies by whatever name are called are additional both for domestic and international shipments and are charged to the purchaser on actuals. For international shipments, the carrier will need to get customs clearance and there may be, for each country of import, certain customs duties, additional taxes, import duties, additional levies and charges etc. These all will be to the account of the Purchaser and charged extra.
We endeavour to ship through reliable courier companies. We reserve our right to change the courier at our will without assigning any reason to the Purchaser.
Shipment shall be done by the Company to the address provided by Purchaser, through its courier service. For delivery to remote locations, additional charges will apply which shall be intimated to the Purchaser.
We endeavour to deliver the goods at the earliest subject to constraints of delivery destination, transportation, shipping time and schedule. We endeavour to ship the goods within 7 working days of purchase. In exceptional cases, we may entertain speedy delivery requests that shall hold extra charges.
Company shall not be in any way responsible for delay or failure to comply with its obligation under terms and conditions and events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to non-availability of transportation, force majeure, strike, flood, pandemic etc.
We do not ship to Post Box addresses and should it be required to be shipped to a Post Office Box address we take no responsibility for the delivery of the order or any part thereof. If you fail to take the delivery of the goods, WARP ‘N WEFT may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs.
PACKAGE TRACKING
Upon shipment of your order, we will email you your tracking number. You can then track the package on the shipper’s website by entering the tracking number.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER / PART SHIPMENT BY COMPANY
The Company reserves its right to cancel any order in full or in part at its discretion without assigning any reason. There may be times when orders placed are cancelled on account of any impediment to processing or despatch or non-availability of goods etc. In the event that we are unable to ship the whole order in totality for any reason whatsoever, then we will make part shipment of the available order and cancel the rest that is not available for shipping. We will initiate a refund of the value of the order not available for shipping. Any exchange loss or any other applicable costs will be to the account of the User. Shipping costs if applicable will not be refunded.
