DISCLAIMER

Variations in yarn, weave and colour with occasional fiber migration are unique and intrinsic to this handwoven luxury textile.

Textiles made on handloom possess unique product characteristics and may have irregularities that are an outcome of the human involvement in the process.

When you transact with us, you expressly and unconditionally agree that the company uses handmade processes to weave and finish the products. Use of natural fibres that are hand crafted with traditional methods often create an unevenness in colour tones, shades, texture, with threads often appearing uneven in design and feel and occasional darn (rafu). We use both organic and commercial dyes with an objective of making the product sustainable. The purchaser agrees that these irregularities are an indigenous inclusion in handloom and are not defects.

Kindly Note: The original colour may vary slightly due to your device screen settings or photography.

The oblique drift of colour, slanting softly across the warp and weft in this dainty Rangkat. A form which is one of Banaras’ most guarded techniques, a quiet marvel reserved for the most seasoned karigars. In this heirloom, the vibrance of primrose yellow and papaya peach, dissolving into pale pink and capri blue and tea green before deepening into a bright marigold that frames the saree in a floral border. Each hue transitions with earthly pride depicted with stripes of royal Indian tigers and spots of antler deers, subtle yet commanding, echoing the chromatic and nature’s majestic creations in an aesthetic that remains timeless and true to the master craftsmanship.

The blouse in the image is used for styling purposes only. The saree comes with its own self-blouse with a matching border.
